Why "post more" fails

Volume without identity is noise. Accounts grow when content has a recognizable point of view and a job to do. The framework: pillars → formats → rhythm → feedback.

Pillars: your content DNA

Choose 4–5 content pillars and publish nothing outside them. For a typical service business:

  • Proof — results, reviews, before/after. The belief layer.
  • Teach — answer the questions buyers ask before calling. The trust layer.
  • People — crew, process, behind-the-scenes. The human layer.
  • Offer — the ask: seasonal, clear, ~1 in 5 posts. The revenue layer.

Formats: match the platform

  • Reels for reach — hooks in the first second, captions on, 15–30s.
  • Carousels for teaching — one idea per slide, save-worthy endings.
  • Stories for presence — polls, quick proofs, day-in-the-life. They don’t need polish; they need to exist.
  • Static posts for offers and announcements — the design system carries them.

Rhythm: sustainable beats heroic

A cadence you can sustain for a year beats a sprint that dies in a month. Baseline we run for clients: 2–3 feed posts, 2–4 Reels, Stories most days, one campaign moment per month.

The feedback loop

Monthly, review saves, shares, profile visits and link clicks — not likes. Saves and shares are the quality signals the algorithm (and actual humans) reward. Feed winners back into the calendar; change one variable at a time so you learn what worked.

The quiet truth

Organic social rarely closes the sale alone; it builds the preference and proof that make your ads cheaper and your sales calls shorter. Judge it as pre-sales at scale — and pair it with paid distribution when you’re ready to accelerate.
