App Development

Software that removes the bottlenecks your spreadsheets are hiding.

Mobile apps, web applications, internal tools, dashboards, APIs and automation — scoped tightly, built cleanly, and designed around how your team actually works.

The problem

Every business runs on a hidden spreadsheet.

Somewhere in your operation there’s a process held together with copy-paste, a group chat and one person who "knows how it works". It mostly functions — until volume grows, that person leaves, or a mistake costs a customer.

Custom software isn’t about being fancy. It’s about making the way you work repeatable, visible and fast.

Sound familiar?

  • Data entered twice in three systems
  • Reports assembled by hand every month
  • Customers emailing for things a portal could show
  • Ops that only work because of one hero employee

The best software projects start embarrassingly small: automate the one workflow that hurts most, prove the value, then expand.

Big-bang builds are how budgets die. We scope the smallest useful version first.

What we build

The build menu.

01

Internal tools

Quoting, scheduling, inventory, approvals — the operational glue your industry software never quite covers.

02

Customer portals

Self-serve access to jobs, invoices, documents or status — fewer calls, happier customers.

03

Dashboards

Live views of the numbers that run your business — marketing, sales, operations — in one screen.

04

Mobile apps

For customers or field teams, when an app (not a website) is genuinely the right interface.

05

APIs & integrations

Connecting CRMs, payment providers, ad platforms and back-office systems so data flows once.

06

Automation

The quiet wins: lead routing, follow-ups, document generation, syncs—hours returned weekly.

How it works

Write less software. Get more value.

  1. Shadow

We watch the real workflow — not the documented one — and find where time and errors concentrate.

  2. Scope

The smallest useful version, priced and scheduled. Future phases listed but not sold.

  3. Prototype

Clickable screens your team reviews against their actual day. Changes cost minutes here, weeks later.

  4. Build

Short cycles with working software shown weekly. You’re never wondering.

  5. Ship & train

Deployed, documented, team trained. Real usage begins — usually with one brave department.

  6. Iterate

Watch usage, fix friction, earn the next phase with evidence.

Questions

Software projects, straight answers.

How do you price an app?

After the shadowing and scoping phase you get a fixed scope for version one with a fixed price — no open-ended hourly meters. Later phases are priced the same way, honestly and separately.

We already use off-the-shelf software.

Good — keep it. Most of our builds connect or extend tools you already own rather than replace them. Integration is usually cheaper than migration.

Who owns the code?

You do, contractually. Repository, documentation and credentials are yours from day one.

Can you maintain it long-term?

Yes — support retainers cover monitoring, updates and small improvements. And because everything is documented, any competent team could also take over.

Scope of engagement

Every deliverable,
named upfront.

  • Custom web applications and customer portals
  • Mobile apps — iOS and Android
  • Internal tools, dashboards and reporting systems
  • API design and third-party integrations
  • Workflow automation and back-office systems
  • MVP builds for new product ideas
  • Maintenance, support and iteration retainers

Is manual work quietly taxing every week?

Describe the process that eats your team’s time. We’ll tell you honestly whether software solves it, what the smallest useful build looks like, and what it takes.
